The golf driving range is mind-blowing and affordable. The hotel offers jaw-dropping lake views, especially from the superbly maintained lap pool. The gym is one of the best equipped, exceeding expectations. The spacious room was well-equipped and comfortable. The friendly front desk and bellmen provide exceptional service.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation because it allowed me to book my event through the Meeting & Events Collection. The facilities provided were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive and the overall experience was very positive.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities. It would have been convenient to have these amenities readily available on-site.

The location was great; right on West Lake in Hanoi and the view was splendid. It was a great place to stay with children. They loved the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the Tivoli Cafe was very good.
The restaurant staff, though friendly and helpful, could not speak English well.

The room was fantastic and of a very high standard. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and eating dinner at the BBQ buffet in the evening.
The level of English of the staff was very low and they did not always understand what we were asking.

The room was very nice and luxurious.
There was a door in our room that lead to a balcony but the door did not have a screen or curtain and thus we were woken up early each morning with teh sun streaming into the room. Also there was no milk in the rooms for tea and when asking for some were told we could not have any. Staff english was poor.

The Hanoi Club offers charming boutique accommodation with splendid views of the lake. The lounge has a plasma TV for karaoke, and Tivoli Café serves delicious Asian and Western delights by the poolside.
So disappointing that there were no homemade pastries, cakes, or breads made with the utmost quality ingredients for family enjoyment.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location near the biggest lake in Hanoi, but it is a little bit of a walk from the main tourist centre of 'Old Hanoi'. The room was large, clean and modern. The services at the hotel are fantastic: cafe, restaurant, golf driving range, gym, beautician/massage, bar.
The room charge included breakfast which is great, but having stayed at a couple of different places in Vietnam (and other places in Asia) we were expecting a bit more of a spread and choice. The breakfast was by no means bad, but just not 'exciting'.

I really liked the pool and the lake views.
I thought the majority of thestaff werenot engaging, my experience in other hotels in Hanboi, the staff are very engaging, friendly and eager to assist, I did not find that here. The assistant general manager Jeffery Koh, was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Hanoi club to others who needed a pool and extra facilities like that, otherwise I would recommend the more personalised service that other hotels provide which make for a more enjoyable stay

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The room was not only excellent and cozy, but also incredibly clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fully-equipped kitchen and even a laundry machine in my room. The location was perfect – it was quieter than the bustling old quarter but still conveniently close. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. The meals I had were super delicious and the breakfast, although I didn't try it, I heard was great. The facilities were jaw-dropping, with a fantastic fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and even a spa & wellness center for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city – it exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a truly unforgettable experience.

Room is very clean and seems to have been newly renovated. Internet access is good. The big pool and gym is ideal for taking some exercise. The hotel is a bit far form the city center but it is situated beside the huge West Lake and thus have a much more tranquil environment.
